Suzuki DR650 ‘The Arsenale’
The donor machine is a 650 Suzuki DR RS (with electric start) from 1994.
We completely rebuilt the machine (both frame and engine) to turn it into this big toy for big boys.
This project was commissioned by TheArsenale.

100% bespoke electric wiring (partly running inside the handlebar).

Blitz Motorcycles bespoke mini switches (100% stainless steel).
Vintage additional square headlight;
17 inches both front and rear wheels.
100% hand made rear loop integrating the tail + stop LED lights.
Shiny black powder coating of the frame, engine covers, wheels, handlebar, swing arm, fork legs, foot pegs, etc….
Matt white powder coating of a few parts among which the chain tensioners and the rear disc brake bracket.
100% bespoke seat designed to match with the bespoke rear loop.
Vintage Suzuki GT 125 tank shiny black painted;
Bespoke electricity box welded under the seat to weclome all the electric components (including a Io-Li battery).
